Expansion of FedEx Network In-and- from KIX

FedEx started operating 36 international freight flights per week at KIX from this January. This is the largest number of freight flights in-and-from KIX, and the largest international freight network in Japan.
FedEx's operational expansion owes to KIX's outstanding feature that it is the only Japanese airport to be operational round-the-clock with multiple 4,000-meter class runways.
KIX intends to continue to move towards being the main Hub Airport of Cargo Logistics in Japan.
